This power sled is really nice. It is about 35 pounds without any weights added. It requires minor assembly, you just have to attach the cylinder for the weights with three screws. It comes with a shoulder harness and two leads. The leads are used to hook the harness to the sled by tying the leads by looping through it onto the sled. The instructions aren't clear about it, but customer service responded fast. The one minor negative is that the black plastic next to the loops comes off for no reason, you want to keep these on so that the sled doesn't get dirt and grime within it. I've had it for two weeks and I've used 45lb and 25lb Olympic plates and haven't had a problem with it. All in all great product, also includes a code to view the video on exercises which can be helpful for new comers. This is the way to build great functionally strong legs and can be used for other body parts as well. I highly recommend it.
